What we collect

Depending on the form, FED UP may collect your name, email, phone number, suburb, organisation, role interest, support interest, payment reference, acknowledgement preference and message details.

Donation and acknowledgement information

Stripe Checkout processes online card and wallet donations; FED UP does not receive or store card details. Bank-transfer details remain available as a fallback. If you submit the support acknowledgement form, we use those details to match your message to your payment reference, thank you, respond to receipt requests and record your acknowledgement preference.

How we use it

To reply, send event updates, manage interest lists, coordinate volunteers, discuss sponsorships, acknowledge supporters and keep subscribers informed.

Form processing

The production stack is GitHub → Netlify → Netlify Forms, with Stripe Checkout handled through secure Netlify Functions. Netlify Forms processes website form submissions unless FedUpProject approves a switch to Formspree, Formspark or a custom backend later.

Spam protection

Forms are prepared for Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. The live site still needs an approved Turnstile site key before high-traffic public promotion.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal details with sponsors for their marketing lists. Public supporter or sponsor acknowledgement happens only with permission.

Email hello@fedupproject.com.au if you want your details updated or removed.

FED UP PROJECT is a registered Australian sole trader business name. ABN 59 137 972 806. Financial contributions are not tax deductible.
